We used this company for a return trip to Heathrow Airport in September 2019, wanting a more luxurious option than a regular taxi transfer, and this did not disappoint - it was the perfect start and finish to our Honeymoon. The dark blue Mercedes was absolutely immaculate, with top range facilities such as reclining seats with massage function. Syed really looks the part, and gives a classy feel to the whole experience. He's very friendly and helpful, loading the bags for us and ensuring we had everything we needed (water, comfortable temperature, music choice etc.) While the cost is a little more expensive than a regular taxi (but not by much), it is definitely a better all round experience and we will absolutely be booking Syed again in the future. This car service is easily the best I have found and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I have used Syed's (driver/owner) service for both personal and business purposes, and the experience each time is consistently excellent. He ticks all of the essential boxes (on time, courteous, value for money etc), but he also adds several intangibles that make his service stand out. Firstly, you couldn't find a nicer or more respectful person. He makes it his personal mission to ensure your pick-up/journey/drop-off experience is as good as it can be. He is very mindful of your needs as well as what will make the journey comfortable (conversation, quiet, music, etc) and everything is always thought of (water, kleenex, phone charger etc). He keeps his car/s in immaculate condition, the inside looks as though it is detailed after every journey. He is flexible and accommodating. His willingness to assist when I am late, or lost in airport, or to wait while I attend appointments etc is commendable and always comes across as part of the what you pay for, not as if you are putting him out. In terms of COVID, Syed follows all protocols and could not make you feel any more safe. He of course wears a mask, and as mentioned, keeps his car incredibly clean (and sanitised regularly in addition as a further precaution). Although I had masks with me, he also had them on hand for customers should they need them. Overall, I could not be happier with the services provided over the past several months since I first came across his contact details. A beautiful, clean and comfortable car with a friendly and reliable driver. I booked Syed for an airport transfer the week before Christmas. He arrived on time for a 2:30 am pickup, and offered to carry my bag to the car which was spotlessly clean and like sitting in the lap of luxury. Considering the time and with Covid-19 at its peak this was very important to me. In spite of the two of us having to wear masks, Syed was extremely friendly, but also respected my space, considering the time of day and allowed me to nap on the way to the airport. The return journey could have been complicated, as UK ports were shut down and countries were blocking UK flights. However, without asking, I had a message from Syed while I was in Portugal to reassure me he would be waiting for me upon arrival. Arriving home after a stressed journey, Syed could not have provided a more friendly welcome. We chatted on the way back, and could hardly recommend him more highly. Long distnace travel taxi service...

I used this service after a long day at work with little sleep. Although I was an hour earlier than expected, Waheed was waiting. He was immaculately dressed and had impeccable manners. The car was a top of the range Mercedes and spotless throughout; it was exactly what I needed after such a long day. The rear seats were reclinable and extremely comfortable with a soft leather head cushion. Although I didn't use it there was also the option of a 'massage' mode in the seat if required. Cooled bottled water was provided along with hand sanitiser. There were also large entertainment screens available attached to the rear of each front seat for the rear occupants to use. Waheed had the perfect balance of courtesy, manners and friendliness. For about the same price of a 'normal' taxi service this is a no-brainer. I would highly recommend this company. Long distnace travel taxi service...

As an active 85 yr. old I could not find fault with the service provided by SA Southend ......Cars 24/7. My daughter arranged for them to meet us at an M25 Service station where I and my baggage would transfer to their car and drive me to Leigh on Sea whilst she continued her journey. The driver telephoned us 30 minutes before our agreed R.V. time saying that he had already arrived and gave details where he was parked. On our arrival he transferred all my affairs to his car and drove me to my home. His Mercedes "S" class limo was extremely clean and "sanitised" and the driver was smartly dressed. Throughout the journey he was most attentive and on arrival at my destination he carried all my baggage into the house for me. This was my first experience of using this particular company, but I guarantee it won’t be my last. After being let down last minute by the chauffeur I usually use, I had a quick search on Google to see who people in my area were recommending, and gave SA a call. They immediately stepped up to the plate and sent one of their drivers along in one of their stunning new S Class Mercedes limousines. After reassuring me that the car was painstakingly cleaned and sanitised for my comfort and safety, I was shown the controls for my reclining seat, and how to use the television and entertainment system. After collecting my other guests, we were whisked away and dropped off at our event in style, turning a few heads on the way. The driver returned to collect us ahead of the scheduled collection time which shows me that it’s important to them to be on time. The driver sent me a text to say he was there, but made it clear we were under no pressure to leave the event until we were good and ready. From start to finish SA have been fantastic and managed to turn the drive to our event into an amazing experience in its own right. Reliable, Professional service and Sanitised Car...

As an active 85 yr. old I could not find fault with the service provided by SA Southend ......Cars 24/7. My daughter arranged for them to meet us at an M25 Service station where I and my baggage would transfer to their car and drive me to Leigh on Sea whilst she continued her journey. The driver telephoned us 30 minutes before our agreed R.V. time saying that he had already arrived and gave details where he was parked. On our arrival he transferred all my affairs to his car and drove me to my home. His Mercedes "S" class limo was extremely clean and "sanitised" and the driver was smartly dressed. Throughout the journey he was most attentive and on arrival at my destination he carried all my baggage into the house for me. I will certainly use SA's services again and have already recommended them to a third party. Their price was most competitive when compared with local taxi services. Thank you SA. Reliable, Professional, polite and very comfortable car...

I used this service after a long day at work with little sleep. Although I was an hour earlier than expected, Waheed was waiting. He was immaculately dressed and had impeccable manners. The car was a top of the range Mercedes and spotless throughout; it was exactly what I needed after such a long day. The rear seats were reclinable and extremely comfortable with a soft leather head cushion. Although I didn't use it there was also the option of a 'massage' mode in the seat if required. Cooled bottled water was provided along with hand sanitiser. There were also large entertainment screens available attached to the rear of each front seat for the rear occupants to use. Waheed had the perfect balance of courtesy, manners and friendliness. For about the same price of a 'normal' taxi service this is a no-brainer. I would highly recommend this company. A beautiful, clean and comfortable car with a friendly and reliable driver. I booked Syed for an airport transfer the week before Christmas. He arrived on time for a 2:30 am pickup, and offered to carry my bag to the car which was spotlessly clean and like sitting in the lap of luxury. Considering the time and with Covid-19 at its peak this was very important to me. In spite of the two of us having to wear masks, Syed was extremely friendly, but also respected my space, considering the time of day and allowed me to nap on the way to the airport. The return journey could have been complicated, as UK ports were shut down and countries were blocking UK flights. However, without asking, I had a message from Syed while I was in Portugal to reassure me he would be waiting for me upon arrival. Arriving home after a stressed journey, Syed could not have provided a more friendly welcome. We chatted on the way back, and could hardly recommend him more highly. This car service is easily the best I have found and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I have used Syed's (driver/owner) service for both personal and business purposes, and the experience each time is consistently excellent. He ticks all of the essential boxes (on time, courteous, value for money etc), but he also adds several intangibles that make his service stand out. Firstly, you couldn't find a nicer or more respectful person. He makes it his personal mission to ensure your pick-up/journey/drop-off experience is as good as it can be. He is very mindful of your needs as well as what will make the journey comfortable (conversation, quiet, music, etc) and everything is always thought of (water, kleenex, phone charger etc). He keeps his car/s in immaculate condition, the inside looks as though it is detailed after every journey. He is flexible and accommodating. His willingness to assist when I am late, or lost in airport, or to wait while I attend appointments etc is commendable and always comes across as part of the what you pay for, not as if you are putting him out. In terms of COVID, Syed follows all protocols and could not make you feel any more safe. He of course wears a mask, and as mentioned, keeps his car incredibly clean (and sanitised regularly in addition as a further precaution). Although I had masks with me, he also had them on hand for customers should they need them. Overall, I could not be happier with the services provided over the past several months since I first came across his contact details.
